Loren Thomley helped my wife and I purchase our first home in Northport. We started looking at listings online before the end of 2023 and met her at a listing in Cottondale that was kind of away from the area we wanted to make home, but she went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. She called us a few days after we looked at the listing in Cottondale and wanted us to check out the listing we closed on at the end of January. She kept us very closely informed every step of the way and was able to get answers to questions we had very quickly. She also was able to get us $6000 dollars in repairs that needed to be done and $1000 back in earnest money.
