Visit counts (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they found us, for example from a Google search or a link. Google Analytics also records your rough location (city or region, not your address) and the kind of device and browser you use. It puts small files called cookies in your browser, with a random ID, so it can tell one visit from the next. This visit information goes to Google, which adds it up for us. We see totals and trends. Google Analytics does not give us your name, your email or your phone number.

To turn Google Analytics off, install Google's opt-out browser add-on. It works on most websites and browsers. Deleting cookies in your browser settings clears the ones already set, but new ones are set on your next visit unless you block them or use the add-on. Google explains how it uses this data at policies.google.com.

The message form

If you send us a message, the form asks for your name, email and message, and if you want to add them, your phone number and a property address. What you send goes to our team's customer records system (a CRM) so Loren or Morrow can reply to you.

Before a message is accepted, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it comes from a person and not a spam program. To do that, Turnstile looks at basic information about your browser and connection.

Home search

The home search pages at search.teamthomley.com are run by IDX Broker, the company that supplies the MLS listings. Those pages follow IDX Broker's own privacy policy. They use this site's header and footer, so our Google Analytics may count visits there too.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell or rent your information, what you send us through the form or anything we learn from visits to this site.
